Melissa Anne De Guzman-Ager

Founder/Owner

Melissa Ann De Guzman-Ager, MHA, is an experienced healthcare professional. She is a results-driven individual with extensive experience in healthcare management. With a life goal to make a measurable difference in the lives of others, the path she’s chosen for her career speaks to this fact. Melissa attained her bachelor's and master's degrees in Healthcare Administration at West Coast University Los Angeles and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Ms. De Guzman-Ager was driven and inspired to open up her Home Health Agency because of her experience working with the elderly and her late beloved mom. Her great passion is bringing healing to people. She always tells her clients, "Her clients are not just clients, but she treats them as family." By doing so, it allows her to truly make a difference in the lives of her patients and their families. Melissa Ann is dedicated to providing client safety and comfort through continuous, focused care.

Ms. De Guzman-Ager wholeheartedly believes in her mission. The mission of her organization is to create and provide a compassionate environment for each individual entrusted to her care.

Melissa’s inspiration for achieving her goals is her parents. She has always been guided by Mr. Moises De Guzman and Mrs. Salvacion Lagmay De Guzman. She has one sibling, Michelle De Guzman-Cudia. Melissa is married to Ron Ager, and they were blessed with one amazing son, Noah Nicholas Ager.

Ms. De Guzman-Ager is a kind, respectful, trustworthy, generous, compassionate, understanding, and God-fearing individual. She is a good friend and a mentor. Her mission in life is to help and educate people financially, emotionally, and spiritually. In her free time, she enjoys reading, singing, sharing the word of God, and expanding her charity in the community, especially in the Philippines.
